Thanks for the follow up.  The fish arrived safely and were in similar states that your site mentioned.  After proper acclimation one was back to normal fairly quickly but the other (Yellow Leopard Discus) took a while but was all good this morning.  Overall, I'm happy with the Golden Lollipop discus but the Yellow Leopard Discus looks nothing like the pictures that were displayed when I ordered.  It almost looks like a total difference fish type.  I also purchased these to introduce more yellow tones in my tank.  I requested the Yellow Leopard Discus be more on the yellow color than red if possible but mine is totally red.  So the fish are doing good but I'm really not happy with the Yellow Leopard Discus as its just not what I expected. From Michael: We have been feeding the discus our color-enhanced axanthaxin foods. Once that wears off, the color should lighten up. The pattern is spot-on with my photos. This fish appeared healthy but, I found it dead one morning within the first week. I'm not quite sure what happened because it seemed fine the day before.

The fish appears healthy but, I'm not impressed with the customer service by Michael. After receiving the fish I let them color up for a couple of days and sent a picture to verify that this was the correct one as ordered. He responded promptly but, this was part of his response: "If you want exactly what’s in the photos, you need to order adult fish."

I do not find this a very professional reply.

I ordered 20 of these and since taking delivery of them on 10/09/24, I’ve lost 5 of them so far. I noticed that even before the fish loss, some of the original school had bent or malformed bodies. I was told that these fish were wild-caught, so maybe they’re not all that healthy to start with?

Hey Michael, just a quick picture of everybody today. They're all doing really great. Yes they're very fantastic and beautiful. They're one of the things I love more than anything else on the earth.

First off I just want to say thank you for working with me on the payment and the replacement. I wanted to reach out and let you know the shipment arrived and all the fish are beautiful. One of the bags looks like it leaked and there was barely any water in there. Also it looked extra brown. That same fish is having trouble swimming upright properly. It looks like maybe swim bladder damage or disease? I could be wrong. Hoping he's just being a pouty new fish. Attaching photos of the bag, and him in a breeder box. Update: Epsom salt worked, thank you.

Good news us we have 2 pairs now. We also had babies from the rams but we only raised 2 to see if we could it, both lived and are beautiful 1 boy and 1 girl, the girl is dark and the boy is like the one we first ordered but didn't receive but have 1 now. Its crazy we saved 1 of each color and sex.

The yellow one is laying on the driftwood. These are the best photos I can get. I will keep you posted on that one. The others are just hiding.  I turned the lights off and plan to keep them off for a day. The water temp is 87.6 degrees. Just to give you an update. I did find the instructions and followed them.  The fish is doing much better. I’ve attached some photos with the lights on. That one picture of the yellow one, that’s the one that was lying down before. They look good.  They ate good and are active.  The one that was laying down with the long stringy poop is swimming around now as well. And the ones that were darken up have since went back to normal. Very happy.

No, there's nothing you could have done differently with my last order.  I was impressed with the care that was taken in shipping my cardinals.  They arrived safe n sound.

I ordered 8 discus and they are absolutely stunning! Arrived healthy and seemed to be extremely comfortable in the tank from the moment I released them. Could not be more satisfied with my purchase! Customer service was amazing, as a new discus owner I had many questions and they were all answered and I could not be happier! I will be ordering from here time and time again!
