    Only a tiny bit of blue on the forehead and no red on the base of body. I understand that there is always variation and the fish are dull when shipped...More
    Only a tiny bit of blue on the forehead and no red on the base of body. I understand that there is always variation and the fish are dull when shipped, but this fish was the least vibrant of the 5 I've ordered here over the years, but the most expensive. It also has a heavier slime coat and more clamped fins than the others, though it is doing better than when it arrived. From Michael: I'm glad to hear the fish is doing better. Rest assured you were shipped the correct fish; albeit at the 3" you ordered, it still has some time before it colors up to its full potential.
