Yes it has been almost three weeks since I received my order. I meant to contact you the day after but sorry to say my father passed away and just never got around to it. I was VERY pleased with most of the fish, actually impressed. But with some of the others not so much.  The fish I received were one of two sizes, not as described in your web page, like 4,5-5 inch etc…..the smaller size fish were what I was expecting but the 5-6.5 inch fish I ordered were not even close to that size.  That being said, I can deal with them being smaller than advertised, but lost the ocean green the next day, he was emaciated surprised you shipped him looking like that, and the same goes for the Snow Leopard, emaciated as well and he’s hanging in by a thread probably going to kick the bucket today or tomorrow.  I NEVER RECEIVED the Super Pigeon Snakeskin!  You sent a regular pigeon it looks like.  It’s a mixed review and I wish I contacted you sooner but loosing my dad was hard.  Attached are the pics of some of the fish, especially the Super Pigeon Snakeskin and the snow leopard. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you ahead of time

Hi Michael,

All the fish arrived in perfect condition. The Rams are beautiful and healthy. Ver happy with them. The Emperor's are in great condition too. Just expected them to be bigger being they are advertised as large Emperor tetra and the photo shows full grown Emperor tetra. But packed great and colored up nice and healthy.
