It’s called a Blue Diamond, but this discus almost glows from within like a fine opal or moonstone. The yellow accents of the fins and slight reddish hue of the eyes perfectly offset its ethereal blueish glow to create a balanced contrast.
The iridescent sparkle is absolutely captivating as this discus glides through the tank. It’s almost mystical; like a crystal ball or apparition. If you are trying to decide whether to give Discus.com and Michael a chance rest assured you will not be disappointed or find a better source. I found out, as you will, top quality Discus that are hearty, healthy, and well cared for. But what I also discovered is you will not find better customer service. Michael truly cares about the fish and us his customers! He wants to understand what you are looking for and make sure that is what you receive. And when I did get my beautiful Discus I really found out just how much Michael cares. You see, I had corresponded with him prior to the sale a few times b/c I had some specific goals, plus I wasn’t sure which strain I wanted. Well upon getting the fish I had more questions, plus a situation and Michael never hesitated in assisting me. In doing so it became apparent of his love for the fish and his customers. Bottom line: the quality of fish is TOP LINE, from presale to post sale you will not find better support, and the shipping was excellent. This picture is only days after getting my fish and you can see how beautiful they are already doing!
