Mosaic Turquoise Discus, White Base

When I was a child, I distinctly remember sitting at the kitchen table before a day of elementary school – preparing for the day ahead and consuming some sugary cereal that was a hallmark of the 80s and 90s childhood breakfast. As I would sit there preparing for the day ahead, I would often grab the cereal box before me, excited to flip it over and see what games or puzzles had been printed on the back. I was always thrilled when the back of the box yielded a maze, printed and ready for my completion. I would often find myself tracing my way through the puzzle with my finger, rather than using a pen, so that I would not mark up the box with my mistakes as I found my way from the entry of the maze all the way through to the exit. What a thrill that success was!

The Mosaic Turquoise Discus elicits this same childhood desire to complete a maze. The appealing color and pattern can certainly lead one to want to take their finger and trace their way through the beautiful labyrinth of color. The trick would certainly be getting the discus to stay still in its tank long enough to complete the task!
