These wild blue-tinted beauties will feel at home in a tank filled with other medium or large-sized specimens. As per the photos, these heckels have a nice touch of blue in their facial area, which contrasts from a darker toned body. It goes without saying that the classic vertical “lightning bolt” is present in the center of each discus. Note, these do NOT have full-blue faces like the full, half-moon, and blue-faced varieties. They possess more of a classic subdued look.
